NBHS Rugby off Season Training Group – First Session 2nd December!
Greetings men,
After a couple of Big Wednesday training wash outs it’s even more critical that we get as many of the 2021 year 11,12 and 13 NBHS Rugby Training Squad along to this Wednesday morning’s session with Willie Benson.
7.30am sharp start on main field outside NBHS Rugby Pavilion. Running shoes are fine.
There be important technique work to support your training during our 6 week break. We also need to confirm contact details and mobile phone numbers. We are looking to use WhatsApp as the main means of communication through the off, pre and in season windows for 2021, rather than facebook. WhatsApp allows easier sharing of larger video files and will enable us to work in smaller training groups lead by key players.
I understand that some of you are already in full time work. Please do make the effort to attend Wednesday morning, we will be finished by 8.30am at the latest. Those who cannot attend, please contact me directly via email bratcliffe@nbhs.school.nz or on mobile 0272772096 to provide me with your mobile number to be added to the communication group.
