‘Calling all Rugby Coaches’
Dear Community,
As you know, Napier Boys rugby is one of the leading performing schools in New Zealand. Although we’ve achieved notable success in the past, we see huge growth potential in areas such as coach development, improving our infrastructure and in the strength and conditioning space. We are also ambitious to ensure we grow our alignment through the pathway teams so both players and coaches are on the same page. All the above will ensure we maximise the potential of our talented intake to enable us to achieve our vision within our strategic plan.
One of the most important cogs of any sports programme is the strength and ability of our coaches. We are looking to recruit volunteers across all grades for the 2024 season (and beyond) to help our boys become the best that they can be. I would appreciate if you would reach out to me if you are interested in joining a successful rugby programme that aligns to the values of the school; Honesty, Respect, Self-discipline and Integrity.
