The school Athletics Sports were held on Thursday 3rd March. There was intense competition across all of the grades but the overall athletics champions for each grade were:
Junior Boys:
- 1st Toby Archer
- 2nd Phillip Dolbel
- 3rd equal: Aron Giles and Oliver Marshall
Intermediate Boys:
- 1st Joseph Twigg
- 2nd= : Lachlan Gilbertson, Hamish Rybinski and Regan Longhurst
Senior Boys:
- 1st Bardaley Christison
- 2nd David Rawnsley
- 3rd = William Tremain and Tim Farrell
There was only one school record broken at the meet. This was the Junior boys’ 200 metre record from ?? that was held by James Lloyd of . Toby Archer broke this record running 23.93. This was a fantastic feat as James Lloyd was a NZ champion over the sprint distances. The record rounded out a great day for Toby who ran the fastest 200 and 400 on the day beating all of the intermediate and senior boys’ times.
