Dear parents/caregivers
We have now drafted a strategic plan for the next five years based on the surveys from all stakeholders (Slides 31 – 35), the environmental scan of the education climate here in Hawke’s Bay, trends in education including our school’s graduate profile (ie: where our students go on to for further education and training) and the results of the meeting led by our independent facilitator, Stephen Hensman. These resources are included.
The intent has been to provide 3 – 4 large, aspirational goals which the school can work to in the next 1 – 5 years.
