Week Ahead: Week 6, Term 4
Monday, 22 – Sunday, 28 November
NCEA Accord – Teacher-only day
The fourth teacher-only day in support of the NCEA Change Programme is Tuesday, 23 November.
The school will be closed on this day, including the uniform shop.
School resumes on Wednesday, 24 November. As per below, the Y10s commence their exams on this day. Y9s have their regular Day 6 classes.
Senior Prizegiving

Junior Prizegiving
Our final celebration of the school year, the Junior Prizegiving, will take place on Friday, 10 December. This will be a closed event, limited to the Y9/10 students and staff.

NBHS Memorial Library – summer reading
Boys who are returning in 2022 are encouraged to continue their recreational reading over the summer holiday.

Sports Draws & Fixtures
Sports draws are posted on the school website and school app. Sports draws are updated as we receive them.

Junior T20 cricket continues Wednesday, 24 November. Students should check the Sports Noticeboard for teams and fixtures.
Touch rugby continues Thursday, 25 November. A reminder that students must arrange their own transport to the Sports Park.
Volleyball continues in Week 5. Division 1 games are on Monday, 23 November. Division 2 & 3 run Wednesday, 24 November. Students should check the link above for draws, fixtures, and venues.
Softball continues this week. The high school grade runs Monday, 23 November. The U17 fixture is on Saturday, 27 November. Students should check the link above for draws, fixtures, and venues.
A reminder that Alert Level 2 protocol & procedure applies to all school sport. This includes group limits, signing-in/registering, and the use of face coverings.
